AAYUKTI ALUMINIUM

Flexible MOQ, explained

Aayukti Aluminium works with a flexible MOQ — there is no minimum order for models with an existing mould. This guide explains what that means for your first order and how to plan it.

What "no minimum for existing moulds" means

Every catalogue model is made with a die (mould) that already exists. Because there is no new tooling to set up, you can order any quantity of these models — from a small trial order to full container loads. The flexible MOQ removes the usual barrier for first-time buyers.

Planning a trial order

Most new buyers start with a trial order: enough to check dimensions, wall thickness, finish and packing, without committing to a full container. Once approved, scaling up to container quantities is straightforward.

Mixed containers

You can mix different models — and different finishes — in one container. This is the most economical way to start: a range of profiles for your market in a single shipment. Your quotation confirms how your models are grouped and the estimated loading quantity.

What about new or custom profiles?

If you need a profile made to your own drawing with a new die, the terms are different — tooling, MOQ and lead time for custom profiles are confirmed at quotation.

Is there really no minimum order?

For catalogue models with an existing mould, yes — no minimum. Custom profiles made to your drawing are quoted case by case.

Can I mix models and finishes in one order?

Yes — mixed containers are normal. Your quotation confirms how your models are grouped.
